Molly Bales is Form Energy’s Senior Business Development Manager, leading account management and development partnerships. Molly brings over a decade of experience in enterprise sales and project development experience, including stints at Recurrent Energy, NextEra Energy Resources, and cleantech startup Harvest Power, building solar+storage, standalone storage, anaerobic digestion, and composting facilities. Molly also co-founded Adappt Intelligence, a startup with a system of sensors & analytics to plan and manage office spaces, and led sales, marketing, and US operations there. Molly received her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a focus on energy, sustainability, and entrepreneurship and her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University where she majored in History of Science with a subfield in Earth & Planetary Sciences.
