Martha Ontiveros

Executive Director
Avangrid

Executive Director, Workforce Development, Avangrid. Martha is responsible for designing and driving Avangrid’s workforce development strategy to realize the potential of Sustainability at Avangrid by creating a link between the company and the local workforce, educational institutions, economic development, and community leaders.

Martha was most recently Avangrid Renewables’ Vice President of Human Resources. Martha has over 20 years of domestic and international experience managing human resources for global energy and industrial companies. Prior to joining Avangrid Renewables, she led human resources functions for BP, Schlumberger, and Permasteelisa. Martha is a member of ACP’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
