Mary King

EVP
Invenergy

EVP, People and Culture, Invenergy and Chair of ACP’s DEI Committee leads all of Invenergy’s Human Resources functions that focus on building and developing our exceptional teams, including corporate and Services employees at all U.S. and international locations. Mary also leads all people-centered activities including spearheading the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Mary was most recently Vice President of Talent and Chief Diversity Officer at Pacific Gas & Electric and previously held Human Resources and Employee and Labor Relations roles at Calpine and Indianapolis Power & Light. Mary served five years with the United States Army in the Signal Corps and sits on the Board of the Sentinels of Freedom, an organization supporting severely wounded veterans as they transition back into civilian life. A licensed attorney, Mary holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
