Tutu Adeniran is the Director of Culture and DEI with ENGIE North America. With over ten years of experience in the energy industry, Tutu is a highly skilled and experienced professional passionate about people and transforming workplaces into equitable spaces for all.
In her current role, Tutu is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, development, implementation, and management of programs and initiatives that positively impact organizational culture and foster inclusive work environments.
Tutu is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Jacksonville University and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
