Alicia Oller, Vice President of Environmental & Energy Programs, is Tetra Tech’s Wind Energy Lead. She has over 30 years of global professional experience in environmental and sustainability consulting including 16 years focusing on renewable energy development, permitting, and compliance for wind, solar, transmission, and storage. Alicia provides leadership, strategic vision, and diverse technical expertise to facilitate successful renewable energy development. Alicia has successfully managed numerous large-scale multidisciplinary projects for a wide array of renewable energy and other land development or conservation projects involving natural resource assessments, agency and stakeholder engagement, environmental impact assessment, environmental permitting and compliance, and endangered species issues. During her career, Alicia has supported diverse projects throughout most U.S. states, several U.S. Territories, Canada, Central America, China, and Europe.
Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Maryville College and a Master of Science degree in ecology from the University of Tennessee.
