Dan brings over 20 years of experience within the power and renewables sector to his current role as VP, Market Intelligence at CEA. Dan leads a research team delivering both strategic and tactical market intelligence support spanning all manner of commercial and technical issues impacting solar and energy storage’s role within the energy transition.
Dan is a recognized authority on the decarbonization of power markets and global renewable energy sector, providing strategic decision support to client executive teams, government entities and trade groups worldwide. He is a frequent contributor to industry periodicals and trade conferences.
Prior to joining CEA, Dan led both the Global Wind Energy and Global Energy Storage practices at Wood Mackenzie, a leading provider of energy market research and consultancy services. Dan's other leadership roles include his time as a Managing Partner at MAKE, a global wind energy advisory, Strategy Product & Marketing Leader for GE Renewables and Corporate Strategy Analyst at hydrogen fuel cell manufacturer Plug Power.
