Keith Martin is a deal lawyer in the Washington office of law firm Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP. He has run the project finance group for the last 25 years. The group did $191 billion in 448 significant transactions in the last four years. Norton Rose has worked on 60 offshore wind projects outside the US and has been involved in a dozen in the US. The prestigious Chambers directory calls Keith a "preeminent authority on tax structurings in the US" and gives him its sole "star" ranking among US renewable energy lawyers.
